The situation in Macau is being closely monitored and is under control.
As of today, Macau has not recorded any new cases since the last imported cases in June. 46 cases in total, all recovered, and no deaths from the disease.
In January, when the first case in Macau was reported, we cancelled the Spring semester.
In May, in view of the growing crisis, we announced to suspend the Fall 2020 semester.
We will continue our plans for Spring 2021, expecting that the situation, by then, could be normalized.
Nominations for Spring 2021 from partner institutions are welcome. However, as the situation, in general, is very unpredictable, Macau University of Science and Technology reserves the right to cancel or postpone the student exchange program.
As of October 14th visitors from foreign countries are still prohibited from entering Macau. For more details please visit Macao Government Tourism Office
